Met de inzet van Salesforce Field Service kan Pidpa een efficiënte planning opstellen voor de buitendienst medewerkers en is er één integraal overzicht van de planning. Door middel van automatische en semiautomatische planning wordt de planning bij Pidpa geoptimaliseerd met inachtneming van individuele medewerkers, ploegen en materieel.
Netbeheerder Stedin vernieuwt zijn planningsprocessen in samenwerking met Salesforce-consultancy BlueHike. Centraal in dit traject staat de migratie van het huidige planningsplatform naar Salesforce Field Service (SFS), een toonaangevende oplossing voor efficiënte en slimme planning.
