The Salesforce 360 platform: infinite in size. As an official Salesforce partner, we focus the part where our passion lies: service processes. Our customers deal with providing service and maintenance, repairs, testing installations or carrying out inspections on a daily basis.


As Salesforce implementation specialist, we bring order to mountains of information, data and assets. We do this using solutions such as Salesforce Service Cloud, Field Service and Experience Cloud, but also with BlueHike ‘fasttrails’, developed in-house. We love a complex challenge!


Before 2022

The roots of BlueHike lie within the parent company Ideo, an organization specialized in improving service and maintenance processes in SAP. As part of Ideo, we helped companies with challenging service processes within SAP and ClickSoftware. Following the acquisition of ClickSoftware by Salesforce we rapidly specialized in Service and Field Service on the Salesforce Platform. Our passion for this platform quickly grew into an area of expertise. And in 2022, the time had come to continue our journey under a new name: BlueHike.
