Network operator Stedin is renewing its planning processes in collaboration with Salesforce consultancy BlueHike. Central to this initiative is the migration from the current planning platform to Salesforce Field Service (SFS), a leading solution for efficient and intelligent planning.
After a thorough market exploration, Stedin concluded that Salesforce Field Service best aligns with the organisation’s ambitions. BlueHike was selected due to its specialist knowledge of SFS, extensive experience with processes in the utility sector, and a proven track record in Field Service Management.
Advanced planning tool
“Salesforce Field Service excels as a planning tool.
