At the time, Tjarco van Overbeek started as Functional Consultant ClickSoftware at Ideo. Tjarco: “The cool national and international projects and diverse clients were the main reasons I made the switch.” In the meantime he has progressed to his current position as Practice Lead at BlueHike. “A new industry and different roles later, I’m still very much in my place. Because it is precisely because of these developments that I am also growing more and more as a specialist.”
